    Sales Strategy & Planning
    Set up sales strategy for the whole year.
    Plan strategic activities to execute the sales strategies.
    Quarterly review and reset suitable strategy for the next quarter.
    Propose sales incentive scheme for sales team.
    Propose sales motivation and activation activities monthly and quarterly.
    Propose sales budget to deliver sales target.
    Propose trade marketing plan to support the sales execution.
    Monitor the effective of the trade marketing activities. 
    Propose sales training plan to upskill the sales team
    Deliver sales management training for sale management team. 
    Customer care
    Training for Sales & Care staff about customer services & customer retention.
    Improve customer service at centres
    Sales Monitoring
    Monitor performance of sales by centres 
    Propose sales actions to make sure the sales results align the plan
    Improve sales skill for sales individuals.
    Analyse and forecast the sales trend in order to have prompt actions where necessary.
    Analyse and give advice to control budget to achieve good performance


    ▪ At least 05 years working experience in foreign company
    ▪ Prefer working experience in educational organization
    ▪ University graduated
    ▪ Strong at analytical skill
    ▪ Logical thinking skill
    ▪ Good communication, leadership/ownership and persuasive skills
    ▪ Well-organised, problem solving & details management
    ▪ Experience in managing and filing documents
    ▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    ▪ Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
