Group Centre Manager
Responsibilities
1. Strategic planning
Set up strategies for group centres: maturing centre, developing centre, new centres,...
Quarterly review and reset suitable strategies for the next quarter
2. Functional management
Develop, maintain, control and improve ELT working system
Annual planning to deliver good achievement and smooth operations
Facility management
Propose and support in recruitment
Support in training and coaching
Follow and maintain ELT report system
3. Finance
Analyze and forecast company‘s financial situation
Analyze and give advice to control budget to achieve good performance
4. Sales and marketing
Support MRK Team to plan and implement local MRK at centres to achieve sales target
Plan special MRK strategies to support unhealthy centres
Manage sales performance of all centres
5. Customer care
Training for TAs to deliver good service to the customers
Maintain and improve customer care at the centres
6. Centre management
Monitor and take quick action to support centres
7. Performance management
Implement strategy of the company to the centres
Safety management
Facility management
Coaching staff
Requirements
- At least 05 years working experience in foreign company
- Prefer working experience in educational organization
- University graduated
- Able to travel to other centres within the region
- Strong at analytical skill
- Logical thinking skill
- Good communication, leadership/ownership and persuasive skills
- Well-organised, problem solving & details management
- Experience in managing and filing documents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
- Familiar with MS Office (ie. Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint, etc…)
